We're very fortunate to have been working with both Elias and Tim for some time now, purchasing carefully selected lots from each harvest, showcasing the kind of influence that careful and conscientious agronomy, attention to detail and effort at a farm level can have over the quality of the cup that we enjoy here in Europe.
